Put what it’s about in the subject line. It sounds fussy, but it’s the difference between an answer today and an answer tomorrow.

We’re at @byout.pk. New launches, routine guides, and a fair bit of behind the scenes from the brands we carry. DMs are open, and we do read them.
When we’re around
Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm. We aim to answer everything within 24 hours on working days, so anything that lands over the weekend gets picked up Monday morning. Brand applications are the exception, since those take us up to two weeks to work through properly.
If your parcel arrived damaged on a Saturday, send it anyway. Our 48 hour reporting window, so you won’t lose your claim waiting for us to open.
