Where we deliver
Everywhere in Pakistan. We’re not shipping internationally yet, though we’d like to.
What it costs
Rs. 250 flat, wherever you are in Pakistan. One rate, no minimum spend, nothing that changes depending on how heavy your order is.
Your first order ships free with the code WELCOME. Delivery is shown at checkout, so you see the full total before you pay rather than after.
How long it takes
Two things add up here, and we’d rather show you both than quote you one and have you wondering where your parcel is.
First we pack your order and hand it to the courier, which takes 1 to 2 working days. Then the courier delivers it. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start counting from the next working day. If you pay by bank deposit, the clock starts once your payment shows in our account.

These are the courier’s estimates, not promises. Weather, public holidays and the occasional logistics mess can push them out. When that happens we’ll tell you rather than let you find out from a stalled tracking page.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email and SMS the moment your order leaves us. Use it on the courier’s site to watch your parcel move. If the email isn’t in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 working days of ordering, something has gone wrong on our end. Email hello@byout.pk or WhatsApp +92 320 8456626 with your order number and we’ll find out what.
If you’re not home
The courier makes up to two attempts and will call the number you gave at checkout to rearrange. So give a number you actually pick up.
If a parcel comes all the way back to us after failed attempts, we’ll get in touch to send it out again. A second dispatch may cost another Rs. 250, because the courier charges us for both journeys.
Answering the courier’s call is the easiest way to avoid this.
Paying for your order
Cash on delivery is available on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. Nothing to pay upfront, you just hand the cash to the courier when your parcel arrives. Keep the exact amount ready if you can, since couriers often can’t give change.
Bank deposit is the other option. Our account details are on your order confirmation. Transfer the total, WhatsApp the receipt with your order number to +92 320 8456626, and we’ll dispatch once it clears.
If something is damaged or missing
WhatsApp +92 320 8456626 or email hello@byout.pk within 48 hours of the parcel arriving, with your order number and clear photos of the problem, the product and the packaging.
We’ll sort out a refund or send the right thing out, and we cover the cost of getting it back. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
If your parcel goes missing
If tracking sits still for days, or your order hasn’t turned up within the window above, email hello@byout.pk or call +92 320 8456626 with your order number. We’ll open it up with the courier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement if we still have stock, or refund you in full. Courier investigations take a few working days, which is frustrating and we know it. We’ll keep you posted while it runs rather than going quiet on you.
