What it means on a beauty product: “PCSIR tested” means the brand paid for independent lab analysis rather than relying only on their own claims. Ask what was tested - a microbial safety report and a full composition analysis are different things.
Why it matters: for small local brands without international certifications, a PCSIR test report is often the most accessible form of independent verification. When we vet brands, this is one of the documents we ask to see.
